To receive payments from The Cirqle, creators need to provide their payment details through our external payment platform, Trolley. Below you’ll find how this works and what to do if you run into issues.

When will I receive the payment setup email?

After you have completed all your tasks according to the campaign brief, you will receive an email in the weeks following completion asking you to upload your payment information to our payment software.

This email is sent automatically - there is nothing you need to do until you receive it.

How and when are payments executed?

  • The Cirqle pays all fees in accordance with the payment terms and rates outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

  • Payments are made within ninety (90) days after the completion of the campaign by the creator under the SOW.

  • This applies even if the payment date falls after the originally specified campaign completion date.

What do I need to do once I receive the email?

Once you receive the email:

  1. Open the email and follow the link provided

  2. You’ll be redirected to Trolley

  3. Fill in your payment information directly on the Trolley platform

Your payment details cannot be added inside The Cirqle platform - they must be submitted via Trolley using the email link.

I don’t see the link in the email. What should I do?

If you don’t see a link in the email, this is often due to dark mode on your phone or email app.

Please try the following:

  • Switch your phone or email app from dark mode to light mode

  • Reopen the email and check again for the link

Still can’t find the link?

If you’ve switched modes and still don’t see the link, this needs to be handled by our support team.
