We understand that payments are an important part of collaborating through The Cirqle. Below is an overview of how and when payments are processed, and what you can expect after completing a campaign.
When will I be asked for my payment details?
After you’ve successfully completed all your tasks according to the campaign brief, you’ll receive an email asking you to upload your payment information to our payment software.
This usually happens in the weeks following task completion. If you haven’t received this email yet, there’s no action needed - it simply means the process hasn’t started yet.
When will I get paid?
Payments are executed according to The Cirqle’s rules and contractual agreements.
Specifically:
The Cirqle will pay all fees in line with the payment terms and rates outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Payments are made within ninety (90) days after the completion of the campaign by the creator, as defined in the SOW.
This applies even if the payment date falls after the originally specified campaign completion date.
Where can I find the official payment rules?
All relevant information regarding payments can also be found in The Cirqle’s Terms of Service, which always take precedence.
What if my payment is late or there’s an issue?
If you believe your payment is overdue or if there’s a dispute related to your payment, this needs to be handled by a member of our team.
In these cases, Fin will escalate your request to a human support agent so we can look into your specific situation and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
