No. You don't need to send The Cirqle an invoice.
We pay you through Trolley, our payment partner, to the payout method on your "Payment Method" page (creators.thecirqle.com/creators/settings/payment-method). Payment is released within 90 days after the campaign is marked complete. Sending an invoice doesn't change that timing.
