It depends on whether you've signed the contract yet.
You haven't signed yet
You can decline the contract yourself:
Open the campaign and click "Sign contract".
On the "Review Contract" or "Statement of Work" step, click "Decline agreement".
Pick a reason, or choose "Other" and add a short note.
Click "Decline offer".
The brand sees that you declined. This can't be undone, and your profile stays active for other campaigns. Unsigned contracts expire, so decline rather than leave it unsigned.
You've already signed
A signed contract is binding, so you can't withdraw in the platform. Message us from the chat bubble with the campaign name and what's happened, including if you signed by mistake. We'll look at it with the brand. The sooner you tell us, the more options there are.
