If posting is part of your deal, keep your posts live for at least 12 months after the campaign ends. You'll find this in your contract summary under "Content stays live for 12 months".
Need to take a post down earlier? You need written approval from The Cirqle first, so message us from the chat bubble before removing anything.
Removing content early breaks your contract and can mean your payment is withheld.
Your contract is what counts. If the brief or a message says something different, go by your contract.
How long can the brand use my content?
That's a separate term, shown under "Usage rights" when you sign your contract:
Paid social: how long the brand can use your posts in paid ads, including partnership and whitelisting ads.
Organic: how long the brand can share your posts on its own online channels.
Each one shows as a number of days, "Perpetuity" (no end date) or "Full buy-out".
Where to find your contracts
Go to Settings > Payments.
"Statement of Work" lists each campaign with its contract and Statement of Work.
"Usage Rights" lists any usage rights extensions, with their payment and contract.
