The Cirqle team works hard to bring you the best campaigns to participate in. When a campaign is live and you are eligible (based on your region, number of followers, engagement, gender, and other variables) it will be shown in your dashboard.
You can of course check your dashboard regularly and stay on the lookout for campaign notifications (via email).
