When a brand selects you, you review and sign your contract in The Cirqle. By signing, you agree to deliver the content in the Statement of Work by its dates, on the terms in the contract and our Terms of Service.
How signing works
You get an email titled "You've Been Selected for a Campaign with [brand]". Click "Accept contract", or open the campaign and click "Sign contract".
If the campaign includes a product, confirm your address under "Address for Shipment". Some campaigns also ask you to pick your product.
Under "Review Contract", read the key terms and the full agreement, then tick "I have read and agree to the contract terms and conditions".
Under "Statement of Work", check your posts and the "Submit for review before:" dates.
If you haven't added a payout method yet, you'll see a "Payment method" step. You can skip it and finish later.
On some Instagram campaigns, you'll see "Approve Paid Partnership Request".
Click "Sign & finish".
Once you've signed, your contract and Statement of Work are under "Statement of Work" on your Payments page.
The key terms
The "Review Contract" step sums them up:
"Communication": reply within 24 hours and flag delays early.

"Confidentiality": keep campaign details private unless The Cirqle approves in writing.

"Usage rights": how long the brand can use your posts in paid ads and on its own channels. See How long do I need to keep the content online?
