No. We don't send tax forms (such as a 1099) or annual statements, and we don't ask you for tax forms (such as a W-8 or W-9) to pay you.
For your records, your "Payments" page (creators.thecirqle.com/creators/settings/payment-details) lists each campaign with its amount, status, "Payment Due Date", and your MSA and SOW contracts. If your accountant needs our billing details, see Do I need to provide an invoice?
