You're paid within 90 days after the campaign is marked complete, through Trolley, our payment partner. The 90 days start when the campaign is complete, not when you signed or sent your content.
When is a campaign complete?
When every required task is submitted, approved by the brand, and posted where posting is required. If a post is live but not showing as posted or your campaign still isn't completed, open the task and use "Posted? Share your post link" (Instagram and TikTok).
Check your payment date
Go to "Payments" in your settings: creators.thecirqle.com/creators/settings/payment-details. Each campaign shows one of three statuses:
"Pending" with no "Payment Due Date": the campaign isn't complete yet.
"Pending" with a "Payment Due Date": the campaign is complete and your payment will be released by that date.
"Paid": the payment has left our side. Trolley usually takes 1 to 3 business days to reach your account.
Affiliate campaigns
Affiliate earnings work differently. They're totalled per calendar month and paid by the end of the following month.
Make sure we can pay you
Add your payout method on the "Payment Method" page: creators.thecirqle.com/creators/settings/payment-method. It should show a green "Active" badge. A missing or incomplete payout method is the most common reason a payment is late. See Setting up your payout method (Trolley).
Payment late?
If your "Payment Due Date" passed more than 5 business days ago and your payout method shows "Active", message us from the chat bubble with the campaign name.
