In your profile settings, go to 'Social Accounts' and click on the Social Platform you wish to connect. It will redirect you to the Social Platform, where you have to log in (If you are already logged in to one of your Social Account(s) via your browser, it will automatically connect you after a verification screen).
Once your Social Account(s) are connected, they will turn green. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to reflect on your profile.
