Campaign Application Status Explained

Campaign application status

Written by Amelie

After you apply, the brand reviews your profile and decides who to work with. The Cirqle doesn't make that choice. You can follow each application on your Campaigns page: creators.thecirqle.com/creators/collaborations.

What each tab means

  • "Waiting on brand": you've applied and the brand hasn't decided yet. The campaign shows "Application pending".

  • "Negotiating Rate": the brand sent you a counteroffer ("New counteroffer"), or you sent one ("Counteroffer sent"). Offers expire, so reply in time.

  • "Sign contract": you've been selected.

  • "Timed out": the brand hasn't decided within 30 days of your application. It isn't a rejection, but don't wait on it.

Brands often pick creators gradually, so a campaign can stay in "Waiting on brand" for a while, even after it has started.

If you're selected

You get an email titled "You've Been Selected for a Campaign with [brand]", and a WhatsApp message if you've turned those on. Open the campaign and click "Sign contract". Unsigned contracts expire, so sign or decline as soon as you can.

If you're not selected

We don't send a message. If the brand decides not to go ahead with you, the campaign page shows "Application Rejected". When a campaign ends, applications that weren't selected drop off your Campaigns page.

What to do next

Keep applying to campaigns under "Eligible to apply". Each application puts your profile in front of a new brand. For tips, see I have been applying to campaigns, but have never been selected.
